Diving at dive site Sha'ab Torfa or Ben El Gebel

Ben El Gebel or Sha'ab Torfa is a dive site which consist of five small ergs that lie close together just outside the main current near the start of a lagoon. Ben El Gebel means between the mountain because of its navigational challenges. Pay attention to your direction as it is quite easy to get lost and to get into the current. These pinnacles have many clownfish living in their anemones, but it is also a great place to see pelagic hunting for smaller fish. There are some nice overhangs full of glassfish, but also napoleons, triggerfish and jacks are not uncommon to meet at this dive site.
