Sha'ab Saiman is a coral reef which is located next to Ras Abu Soma and which is separated with only a narrow sandy canyon. It is famous for its amount and diversity of hard corals such as acropora table coral and cones, best seen in its outer northern side. Marine life is divers with goatfish, snappers, rays and all the other common reef fish. Manta rays can be seen here in spring and wind conditions make diving almost impossible during winter.
