Ricks Reef is an easy, shallow and relaxing afternoon dive site. It is often done as a drift dive coming from or going to dive site the Canyon, located just a few hundred meters to the north. You will drift next to a coral wall in depth ranging from 3 to 18 meters across a sandy patch, where stingrays are frequent visitors. Ricks reef is not as busy as neighboring sites as the canyon and fishbowl, but coral coverage is still good and marine life is vivid and colorful. It is still advised to combine neighboring sites, because in its own it is not superb. The view at the cracked canyon coming from this site is excellent.
