Diving near Giftun Kebir or Big Giftun Island
Big Giftun Island or Giftun Kebir is the largest island in the area at only a few kilometers from Hurghada. It consists completely out of sand and rocks and not much life is to be found above water. Some of the nicest coral reefs have been formed under water, especially its south and eastern part of the island is great for diving.
